systemPipeRdata 2.17.1

• Large example data resources, including FASTQ files, annotation resources, and precomputed BAM files, are no longer distributed directly with the systemPipeRdata package. These resources are now hosted on Zenodo and downloaded and cached locally using BiocFileCache.
• Added getSPRdata() for retrieving the external example data resources. FASTQ and annotation resources are retrieved by default, while precomputed BAM files can optionally be retrieved with getSPRdata(bam = TRUE).
• Updated genWorkenvir() and genWorkdata() to retrieve the required example data through getSPRdata(). Their existing workflow setup behavior is otherwise unchanged. NEW FEATURES
• Command-line interface uses now Common Workflow Language (CWL)
• Introduction of new SYSargsList control class for managing workflows
• Seamless processing of R code sections as workflow steps
• Added technical reports to scientific reporting infrastructure
• Auto-generation of CWL files from command-line strings
• Plotting of workflow topology graphs
