sesameData 1.31.1

• Added KYCG.{HM450,EPIC,EPICv2,MSA}.Mask.20261008, built from the InfiniumAnnotation v8.2 masks, so sesame's quality mask reads the same M_* tracks as SeSAMe2 on all four human arrays (sesame >= 1.31.6, zhou-lab/sesame#1).
• Rebuilt HM450.address, EPIC.address, EPICv2.address and MSA.address from the InfiniumAnnotation v8.3 orderings, so sesame reads the same probe design table as SeSAMe2. With these and the masks above, R's default QCDPB betas equal SeSAMe2's to ~1e-15 on all four arrays.
