rBLAST 1.9.4
Changes
- Improved error handling in predict.BLAST(). Query FASTA files are now
checked after writing, and write failures report the affected file and the
underlying error.
- BLAST exit status is now checked before parsing results. Nonzero exit
status and missing output files produce clear diagnostic messages with
the query and output locations.
- predict.BLAST() now uses data.table::fread() for faster result parsing when
the suggested data.table package is installed, with an automatic fallback
to utils::read.table().
- Fixed blast_db_get() to honor the baseURL argument.
