It is able to perform "bi-clustering" and simultaneously cluster genes into gene modules and cells into cell subpopulations. It also contains DecontX, a novel Bayesian method to computationally estimate and remove RNA contamination in individual cells without empty droplet information. A variety of scRNA-seq data visualization functions is also included. authors: - family-names: Campbell given-names: Joshua email: camp@bu.edu - family-names: Yang given-names: Shiyi email: syyang@bu.edu - family-names: Wang given-names: Zhe email: zhe@bu.edu - family-names: Corbett given-names: Sean email: scorbett@bu.edu - family-names: Koga given-names: Yusuke email: ykoga07@bu.edu repository: https://bioc.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/campbio/celda url: https://github.com/campbio/celda contact: - family-names: Campbell given-names: Joshua email: camp@bu.edu
