It provides efficient\nimplementations for 1.the popular synergy scoring models,\nincluding HSA, Loewe, Bliss, and ZIP to quantify the degree of\ndrug combination synergy; 2. higher order drug combination data\nanalysis and synergy landscape visualization for unlimited\nnumber of drugs in a combination; 3. statistical analysis of\ndrug combination synergy and sensitivity with confidence\nintervals and p-values; 4. synergy barometer for harmonizing\nmultiple synergy scoring methods to provide a consensus metric\nof synergy; 5. evaluation of synergy and sensitivity\nsimultaneously to provide an unbiased interpretation of the\nclinical potential of the drug combinations. Based on this\npackage, we also provide a web application\n(http://www.synergyfinder.org) for users who prefer graphical\nuser interface.",
