  "Description": "sRACIPE implements a randomization-based method for gene\ncircuit modeling. It allows us to study the effect of both the\ngene expression noise and the parametric variation on any gene\nregulatory circuit (GRC) using only its topology, and simulates\nan ensemble of models with random kinetic parameters at\nmultiple noise levels. Statistical analysis of the generated\ngene expressions reveals the basin of attraction and stability\nof various phenotypic states and their changes associated with\nintrinsic and extrinsic noises. sRACIPE provides a holistic\npicture to evaluate the effects of both the stochastic nature\nof cellular processes and the parametric variation.",
