  "Description": "This R package supports the handling and analysis of\nimaging mass cytometry and other highly multiplexed imaging\ndata. The main functionality includes reading in single-cell\ndata after image segmentation and measurement, data formatting\nto perform channel spillover correction and a number of spatial\nanalysis approaches. First, cell-cell interactions are detected\nvia spatial graph construction; these graphs can be visualized\nwith cells representing nodes and interactions representing\nedges. Furthermore, per cell, its direct neighbours are\nsummarized to allow spatial clustering. Per image/grouping\nlevel, interactions between types of cells are counted,\naveraged and compared against random permutations. In that way,\ntypes of cells that interact more (attraction) or less\n(avoidance) frequently than expected by chance are detected.",
