Such annotations include those relating to gene models (promoters, 5'UTRs, exons, introns, and 3'UTRs), CpGs (CpG islands, CpG shores, CpG shelves), or regulatory sequences such as enhancers. The annotatr package provides an easy way to summarize and visualize the intersection of genomic sites/regions with genomic annotations. authors: - family-names: Cavalcante given-names: Raymond G. email: rcavalca@umich.edu preferred-citation: type: article title: 'annotatr: genomic regions in context.' authors: - family-names: Cavalcante given-names: Raymond G - family-names: Sartor given-names: Maureen A year: '2017' journal: Bioinformatics notes: R package version 1.31.0 repository: https://bioc.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://www.github.com/rcavalcante/annotatr url: https://www.github.com/rcavalcante/annotatr date-released: '2021-11-20' contact: - family-names: Cavalcante given-names: Raymond G. email: rcavalca@umich.edu
