Changes in version 0.99.16                       

    o   The Shiny app has been integrated directly into the package.

    o   The code for the Shiny app has been restructured into smaller modules to improve its readability, reusability, and maintainability.

    o   To ensure interoperability with other Bioconductor packages, a function that exports TraianProt results to the Summarized Experiment format is now included.
