TraianProt 0.99.16

• The Shiny app has been integrated directly into the package.
• The code for the Shiny app has been restructured into smaller modules to improve its readability, reusability, and maintainability.
• To ensure interoperability with other Bioconductor packages, a function that exports TraianProt results to the Summarized Experiment format is now included.
• The issue of only upregulated proteins being printed in both the up- and down-regulated networks has been resolved.
